Until now, there has been a single leadership template: decisive, authoritative, performance-driven, emotionally contained. One that rewards technical competence over relational intelligence. Output over culture. Results over the humans producing them. And we women were simply expected to adapt.

I believe that being an effective leader means having a strong sense of self and a strong sense of self only comes from doing the inner work. The skills aren’t separate from the self that uses them. The self is what makes the skills work.
